Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cricket Coach to train and develop players across different age groups and skill levels. The coach will be responsible for conducting structured training sessions, improving players' technical and tactical skills, developing fitness and game awareness, and preparing individuals and teams for matches and tournaments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct cricket training sessions for individuals and teams.
• Develop batting, bowling, fielding, wicketkeeping, and tactical skills.
• Assess players' strengths and areas for improvement.
• Create personalized training and development plans where required.
• Conduct fitness, agility, coordination, and conditioning drills.
• Prepare players and teams for matches, leagues, and tournaments.
• Analyze match and training performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Motivate players and promote discipline, teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging training environment.
• Communicate player progress with parents, schools, academies, or team management when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Cricket coaching certification or relevant sports qualification preferred.
• Previous playing or coaching experience in cricket.
• Experience working with schools, cricket academies, clubs, or youth teams is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of cricket techniques, rules, tactics, and training methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
